Brother Joe Wilson, 32°, received his 50 Year Scottish Rite Service Award just prior to the Warsaw (NC) Veterans’ Day Parade. Joe (aka “Boss Pig” of the Sudan Dunn Clowns” served in our country’s armed forces during the Korean War. After a stellar performance in the parade, attended by thousands, Joe was quoted as saying “A good time was had by all.” The Valley salutes Joe for his service to our nation and for his long and faithful service to Masonry and the Scottish Rite.




Valley of Wilmington will hold Pheasant Shoot in lieu of Fish Fry for 2017 Fund Raiser

We are planning to hold a Pheasant Tower Shoot at Honey Hill Game Preserve in Hallsboro, NC, on October 21, 2017. We will have 3 separate 200 bird shoots, which will accommodate 30 shooters each. One at 7:30, (breakfast at 7:00), one at 10:00 am, and one at 1:00 pm (lunch at 11:30 for the mid-morning and afternoon shooters). The meals are delicious, the action fast and fun, and the comradery is great. Cost will be $500.00 for a 3-station Peg, or $167.00 for a single Station. There are 10 Pegs & 30 Stations in a 200 bird shoot.
